Ingredients
12 Mint leaves
1 Mint sprig to decorate
25ml sugar syrup
4 Lime wedges
Crushed ice
50ml white rum
Soda water
How to
Put the mint and sugar syrup and Squeeze lime wedges into a highball glass and muddle together.
Fill glass with crushed ice.
Pour over rum and stir well.
Top up soda water.
Decorate with a mint sprig and serve with straws.
