1 Scoop crushed ice
2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
2 Measures white rum
2 Measures of coconut cream
2 Measures of pineapple juice
1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
Pineapple leaf, to decorate
Put crushed ice into a blender.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into Cocktail Glass, decorate with a pineapple leaf and serve.
