Incorrect Address

I have entered my shipping details incorrectly?

If you have entered your details incorrectly we will be unable to change the shipping address once the parcel is in transit or has been delivered to the address supplied at checkout and you will have to contact the courier directly for their advice. Unfortunately this does mean we will be unable to resend the parcel again unless the order is replaced.

My parcel was returned back to the sender with an incorrect address or not collected from the parcel shop?
If your parcel has been returned back to the sender and you would like the parcel to be resent or refunded there will be a re-dispatching fee of £3.95 for each parcel or should you decide to request a refund, please be aware that a restocking fee will be applied. This fee amounts to 20% of the total value of your order or £4.95, whichever is greater. This charge is instituted to cover the expenses associated with processing and handling returns. In essence, it ensures that we can manage the costs incurred in restocking items and maintaining the efficiency of our refund process.

Someone else received my delivery showing my name but their address?
Unfortunately, this means we can’t redeliver to an alternative address or resend the parcels once the parcels are delivered and you will have to contact the courier directly.
