10 Mint leaves
1 Teaspoon sugar syrup
4 Dashes of angostura bitters
Crushed ice
3 Measures of Bourbon whiskey
How to
Put the mint leaves, sugar syrup and bitters into a highball glass or Julep Cup and muddle together.
Fill glass with crushed ice.
Pour over bourbon and stir well.
Decorate with a mint spring.
