Jigger measure
Measuring spoons
Bitter bottle
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail Strainer
Cocktail sticks
Cocktail glass

Ice cubes
2 Measures whiskey
1½ measures fresh lemon juice
1 Egg white
2 Tablespoons caster sugar
4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
Lemon slice and cocktail cherry - to decorate

How to
Put some ice cubes with whiskey, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain with a cocktail strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
Decorate with lemon slices and a cherry on a cocktail stick and enjoy!
