How do I get an invoice for my order?
You can download your invoice directly from your order confirmation email by clicking the "View your order" then under billing address click "VAT invoices" If you're unable to locate the invoice in your email, please contact us at accounts@barbits.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for a faster checkout experience or complete your purchase as a guest.
Someone else received my delivery with my name but at their address?
If your parcel has been delivered to the wrong address but shows your name, we are unable to redeliver the parcel to an alternative address or resend it. You will need to contact the courier directly for assistance with retrieving the parcel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
Do you offer trade prices?
Yes! At BarBits, we offer trade prices to everyone, whether you're purchasing for personal use or a business.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 pm (midday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
My parcel was returned to the sender. What should I do?
If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from a parcel shop, you can request the parcel to be resent for a fee of £3.95. Alternatively, you can request a refund, but please note that a restocking fee may apply. Ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid this.
I entered my shipping details incorrectly. What should I do?
If you have entered the wrong shipping details and the parcel is already in transit or delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or resend the parcel. Please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
My parcel has not arrived within 5 working days?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please first check your tracking information and confirm that the delivery address you provided is correct. If the tracking shows an issue or there is no update, please contact us at help@barbits.co.uk, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
What are your delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) and Free Delivery for orders over £35.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, log in to your account and initiate a return request through your order history. If approved, you'll receive instructions via email on how to return the item.
How do I report a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please log in to your BarBits account and submit a return request through your order history. In the request, describe the damage and, if possible, include photos of the item to help us process the claim faster. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. A handling fee of £3.95 applies for unwanted returns. For faulty or damaged items, please notify us within 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. If you are outside the UK, please contact us for potential international shipping options.
Do you offer samples on products?
At this time, BarBits does not offer samples for individual products. However, we are happy to provide detailed information, including specifications, images, and customer reviews, to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
