  • I have entered an incorrect address: If we have already dispatched your parcel, we will be unable to change the address and till the parcel is returned back to our warehouse there will be a re-dispatching fee of £6.95 for each parcel needed before resending.
  • My parcel has not arrived within 5 working days - please contact us via help@barbits.co.uk.
