A bright, zesty Alcohol Free Limoncello from Rome's most iconic drinks dynasty

🇮🇹 Made in Italy since 1875 — Pallini Limonzero is the alcohol-free expression of one of the world's most famous Limoncello brands.

Pallini has been crafting liqueurs in Rome since 1875, and their Limoncello — made with prized Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast — is one of Italy's most celebrated spirits. Limonzero brings that same iconic lemon character to the alcohol-free category: a careful blend of hand-picked Costa d'Amalfi PGI lemons and natural essences, with no artificial colouring, no added fragrances and no alcohol. What you taste is pure lemon — bitter, sour and sweet in perfect harmony.

The Sfusato lemon is something special: grown on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast without pesticides or fertilisers, harvested by hand and peeled without the pith. Rich in vitamin C and refreshing essential oils, with low acidity and an unusually large size — it’s the only lemon you can bite into. It’s this extraordinary ingredient that makes Pallini Limoncello world-famous, and Limonzero delivers exactly that character at 0.0% ABV.

A note from Andy: “This is a great alcohol-free alternative to the classic Italian after-dinner drink. We sell a lot of Limonzero into Italian restaurants across the country — it’s the real deal. Mixed with a Miris Blend Blanc Aromatique Premium Alcohol Free Wine it creates a beautiful classic Lemon Spritz — one of the most elegant alcohol-free serves we know.”

Tasting Notes: The perfect combination of bitter, sour and sweet. Pure Amalfi lemon on the nose — bright, zesty and intensely fragrant. On the palate, classic Limoncello character: rich citrus sweetness balanced by a refreshing bitter lemon finish.

Serve suggestions:

  • Chilled neat: Serve ice cold in a frosted shot glass as an after-dinner digestif — the classic Italian way.
  • Lemon Spritz: Mix with Miris Blend Blanc Aromatique over ice for an elegant alcohol-free Lemon Spritz.
  • Limonzero & Tonic: 1 part Limonzero with 2 parts tonic water and a lemon twist.
  • Limonzero Iced Tea: 4 parts unsweetened iced tea, 1.5 parts Limonzero, 0.25 parts lemon juice — add a lemon twist to finish.

What Does “Additional is Backordered” Mean?

When you see “Additional is Backordered” on BarBits.co.uk, it means part of your order is ready to ship, and the remaining items are being prepared within our UK network of fulfilment centres. These items are usually transferred and ready to dispatch within 1-2 working days. This is a normal part of how we manage stock across multiple locations.

BarBits operates several fulfilment centres and warehouses across the UK. Because stock is stored in different locations, some items may need to be moved internally before we can complete your order. This does not mean the product is unavailable – it is simply being prepared or transferred so your entire order can be sent together.

How Our Backorder Process Works

  1. If your order contains items from different warehouses, we locate where each product is held.

  2. Any items stored at another fulfilment centre are transferred to our main dispatch warehouse. This transfer usually takes 1-2 working days.

  3. While this happens, we hold the full order to make sure all items arrive at the same warehouse.

  4. Once everything is in the correct location, your complete order is picked, packed, and dispatched together in one parcel.

  5. If you select Next Day Delivery, the next-day service begins once all items have arrived at the same fulfilment centre, ensuring your full order arrives together.

This process ensures your order is checked, consolidated, and shipped correctly, while avoiding split shipments or missing items.

Why an Item Might Show as Backordered

BarBits uses a multi-location fulfilment network across the UK to keep stock flowing efficiently. Sometimes an item may appear as backordered even when it is already within our system. Reasons include:

Stock being transferred between regional warehouses

Items held at a satellite fulfilment centre

Internal stock moves to consolidate orders

High demand causing temporary stock balancing

In many cases, “Backordered” simply means the product is already within our network and being moved to the correct warehouse for fast dispatch, normally adding only 1-2 working days.

How Long Does It Take?

Additional items normally arrive at the dispatch warehouse within 1-2 working days. Once everything is together, the full order is dispatched immediately. If we anticipate any delay beyond this, we will contact you.

Do Backorders Cost Extra?

No – there are no additional charges for items that require internal transfers or are on backorder.
