During the festive period, our delivery times and customer service hours change slightly. Please see the information below to help you plan your orders.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
To help ensure delivery before Christmas Day, please place your order by 12 pm on Thursday, 18th December.
Orders received after this time will still be dispatched from our fulfilment centres, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive before 25th December.
New Year Delivery Cut-Off
For delivery before New Year’s Eve, please place your order by 12 pm on Friday, 19th December.
Orders placed after this time will still be dispatched, but we cannot guarantee delivery before 1st January.
Customer Service Opening Times
19th December: Open as usual
22nd December to 1st January: Closed
2nd January: Open as usual
