Order Dispatch
All orders placed before 12 pm (midday) are dispatched on the same working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed on the next working day.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed, especially during busy periods.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Some postcodes, such as remote or offshore locations, may be subject to longer delivery times or may not be eligible for all delivery services. If there are any issues with delivery to your address, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Delivery Time Frames:
We work hard to ensure timely delivery; however, the delivery times shown above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues, extreme weather or peak seasonal demand.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Public Holidays & Weekends:
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
If No One Is Available to Receive the Delivery
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave your parcel with a neighbour or take it to a local collection point or parcel shop. Details of any attempted delivery, neighbour delivery or collection point will usually be provided on a delivery card or in the courier’s tracking information.
When Tracking Shows Delivered but You Have Not Received Your Parcel
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:
Check with neighbours or anyone else at the property
Check safe places around your property where the parcel may have been left
If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact our customer service team using our online contact form so we can investigate with the courier.
Large or Heavy Orders
Very large or heavy orders may be shipped by pallet or specialist courier and can take longer than standard delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with further information about the delivery method and any specific arrangements required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your junk or spam folder.
