Different dispatch times
Suppliers may need extra time to prepare and dispatch an item. Processing time and courier transit time are not the same. Estimates shown where available are not guaranteed arrival dates.

HOW IT WORKS
What does third-party direct shipping mean?
Some products sold on BarBits.co.uk are supplied and sent directly to you by our third-party partners, rather than being dispatched from the BarBits warehouse. These products are clearly identified on their product pages.
You still place your order through BarBits and our customer support team remains available if you need help.
Shipping and free delivery
BarBits shipping options may still apply, but supplier items can have different rates and free-delivery conditions. Final options and charges will appear at checkout before payment.
Separate parcels
Orders containing BarBits items and products from one or more suppliers may arrive in multiple parcels on different days. Separate delivery charges may apply.
Tracking your order
Tracking details are provided for individual parcels where available, once they have been dispatched. You can also review your order history using your BarBits customer account.

BarBits remains your point of contact for order questions, damaged or missing items and returns. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
