Christmas Delivery & New Year Delivery Cut-off Dates

To ensure delivery before Christmas Day, please make sure to place your orders by 2 pm on Monday 18th December. Orders received after this date will still be dispatched from our fulfillment centers, but we can't guarantee they'll reach you before the 25th of December.

For deliveries before New Year's Eve, the deadline is 1 pm on 21st December. Any orders placed after this time will still be dispatched, but we can't guarantee delivery before the 1st of January.

Customer Service Opening Times:

• 22nd December: Open as usual
• 23rd December to 2nd January: Closed
• 3rd January: Open as usual
