The Negroni Cocktail traces its roots back to Florence, Italy, in the early 20th century. Legend says Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strengthen his usual Americano by replacing soda water with gin.
The result became the Negroni - a drink as stylish and bitter as the man himself. Today, it's enjoyed around the world for its bold profile and iconic red hue.
25ml gin
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Ice
Orange peel (for garnish)
Jigger

Mixing glass

Combine the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass.
