We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch, and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

Will I have to pay to return an item? You’ll be responsible for the return of an item unless it’s faulty or damaged. We are able to collect unwanted items, however there is a charge of £ 10 for this service. Please be aware if the collection fails on the day which has been mutually arranged a further collection fee of £ 10 will be incurred. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our returns department. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers.
Broken or incorrect items? Don’t worry, we'll send you a replacement. Please note all damages on receipt of the parcel need to be reported to our Customer Support Team via email within 3 working days.
Goods returned but lost in transit? We request that customers take reasonable care of their goods until they are returned to BarBits. We recommend that goods are suitably packaged for transit and that a secure and traceable delivery service is used. Please ensure that you get a receipt for proof of postage. If items are sent back with out trackable delivery, we will be unable to refuned the items if they are post in transit.
How long will it take to process a refund? incorrect addressWe’ll refund you within 14 working days of returning the item to us, and refunds will be made using your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within this timescale, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
Incorrect Address: If the address given at time of purchase is not correct and your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to refund or resend your parcel, unless the parcel is return back to us by our carriers.
